Thank you for choosing Satyam Printers. We strive to provide the best quality printing services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns and Reprints
Because our products are custom printed to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect in the printing or manufacturing process, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.
2. Reporting an Issue
Any defects or issues with your order must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting us.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances where a reprint is not possible or practical. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the "Under Process" or printing stage. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
